A lovely print of a textile illustration by textile artist Cat Rowe. Depicting the view of Porthcressa, St.Marys, the choice of fabrics for the little cottages and the accompanying uneven stitching really gives the viewer a sense of the wear and tear on these small island cottages of the Isles of Scilly. Each piece of fabric is carefully choosen for it's colour and pattern, for example the fabric choosen to represent water in the foreground is a Liberty print which reflects the light and sparkle of the sun shining on the sea.

Details. Printed on great quality card stock with a matt finish each print is signed, dated and numbered. There is a limited edition of 25 prints of each textile illustration and are all double mounted with black and white mount card. When mounted each measures 205mm x 255mm (8x10 inches), the size of the image within the mount is 120mm x 175mm.
All prints come in a protective cellophane bag and are sent in a protective reinforced envelope.
