Sewing Machine Brooch - Patchwork Quilt

Each sewing machine brooch I make is unique just like the makers who wear them.

This model is currently sewing a patchwork quilt. The machine body is a number print fabric and the bas is a tiny heart pattern on a soft grey. Adorned by a red heart this machine sews everything with love and care.

Each piece of fabrics is cut by hand, layered together and sewn by machine using the free machine technique. 

The backing fabric is a quirky pink scissor print. 

It is finished on the back with a 1 inch bar brooch.

It is 2 ½ x 2 ½ inches (6x6cm) at it's widest part.
