Gathered - An Applique Sewing Basket Pattern

The design also includes a hand with a heart in it's palm to signify the tools used inside are to make things with love and care. 

Ideal for keeping threads and fabrics together for specific projects.

Personalise the basket with your own combination of applique shapes, colours and prints. Perhaps even add your own chosen words to wrap around the outside. 

I have made this basket several times over for friends and have cutomised it by using their favourite colours. 

Baisc materials needed are: a background fabric, batting and lining fabric as well as your scraps and smaller pieces of fabric for the applique scissors, cotton reels and buttons.
