A beautiful and faithful reproduction of Cat's seasonal quilt as an unframed print.

Following the changing of the seasons, the circle is divided up into the 12 calendar months, with each month illustrated with animals, flora, fauna. The eight ancient fire festivals are interspersed with seasonal symbols and imagery. The moon phases, constellations, meteor showers and a sky diary encircle it all.

This whole cloth quilt was made using hand and raw edge appliqué methods, hand and free motion embroidery techniques and was completed using a Kantha-style hand quilting.

 

Each print is printed on a beautiful textured German etching paper (a little like watercolour colour paper) which gives the impression that it might actually be fabric.

Each print is 51x51cm (just shy of 20 inches square).

Prints are printed on demand so please leave 10 days for dispatch and delivery. I will endeavour to get these out to you as quickly as possible.

The price includes signed for 1st class postage and package and the print will come, unframed, rolled in a tube.
